I observe how your team and organisation actually works. Meetings, interactions, decision-making, how work flows. I talk to people individually to understand their perspectives. The goal is to see the patterns — the dynamics and structures that are helping or hurting.
Expect: A diagnosis of team dynamics and organisational friction points with specific, actionable insights.
Focus
Active Intervention · Weeks
We work on the most important issues together. This might be facilitated conversations about difficult topics, skills workshops, 1-on-1 coaching for key individuals, or redesigning team boundaries and ownership. The specific approach depends on what your situation needs.
